Negro de Almansa
From Almansa a town in the province of Albacete. Located in the middle of the Iberian peninsula in the autonomous community of Castile La Mancha.
Castile La Mancha is the playground of the famous Spanish "modern" novel "Don Quixote" (The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha) by the writer Miguel de Cervantes.
The first part of the novel starts with the famous phrase: "Somewhere in la Mancha, in a place whose name I do not care to remember, a gentleman lived not long ago, one of those who has a lance and ancient shield on a shelf and keeps a skinny nag and a greyhound for racing."
